WELBO has been supplying social robot solutions since 2016. Based on our experience, we are well aware of the importance of the careful handling of personal data.

To further improve the handling of personal data, and in anticipation of the new General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) that came into effect on May 25, 2018, WELBO has been ISO27001 certified since July 2017.

ISO 27001 is the international standard in the field of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). It describes how a certified management system for information security is realized. This secures confidential data more effectively, reducing the chance of unauthorized access. With the ISO27001 certification, WELBO demonstrates commitment and compliance to globally recognized best practices and we show that information security is a top priority in our business operations.
