Newsletter April 2021 – Spring is here: new robots and helpful features

Dear reader, we hope you’re doing well. While working from home the past months, we’ve been exploring new robots, updating our software and releasing new features. We’re happy to announce that we’ve welcomed two new robot members to the team. In addition, WELBO has been working diligently to further improve the software. Here’s a summary of what we’ve been up to recently.

Meet Temi

Temi is a video-oriented telepresence robot and bridges the gap between the remote employee and the office: offering the possibility to join meetings and be present in another location in an immersive way.

Meet Bellabot

Bellabot is a transport robot specialized in navigation. Bellabot can serve in restaurants, hotels, business offices and more. Bellabot offers a great way to automate delivery tasks in your office or canteen.

Webinar: how to optimize banking hospitality with robots?

Last week we’ve organized a webinar in collaboration with Softbank Robotics and SPARQ. In this webinar we’ve discussed our co-creation with Rabobank and SPARQ and how to reach optimum hospitality service in the banking industry. Did you miss out on this webinar? Don’t worry! You can watch the recorded webcast at your convenience at any time.

New features and features in progress

We’ve revised the lay-out of our dashboard and improved the user experience. It’s now possible to control different robots from one account. Furthermore, we’ve expanded our login options and now it’s also possible to connect your dashboard account to your google or microsoft account for an easier and more secure login.

We’re working on the automation of security pass distribution. This will allow the robots to distribute the security passes as well after check-in.

We’d love to hear from you.

Whether you have a question about features, trials, pricing, need a demo, or anything else, our team is ready to answer all your questions.

You are cordially invited to visit us in Amsterdam. You can experience Pepper’s hospitality firsthand. Also, you have the opportunity to meet our family of robots and their human colleagues.
